Is stage lighting harmful to our bodies?

i want a stage lighting. i think it wonderful to creat atmosphere. i am wondering if it is a brach of laser series and whether the light beam is harmful to our bodies. any opinion and advice?

Bodies...no. Vision....yes.

Dont use high powers, and defocus the lasers, and you should be OK.

Be aware Blue Light Hazard though.

Generally, how much power a stage lighting need to be to make it safe to our bodies?
