It's a legit company I guess.
But the typical extremely way way way way insanely overpriced one.
The laser you linked is a typical 303 style that might do 40mw to 90mw tops. They can be found on ebay for $6.
They prey on new comers to the hobby.
Run far away from that sight and just go through ebay if you want that style.

Exactly what ^^^GSS^^^ said, you can get from many ebay sellers for $6 - $9 US including shipping.

I added the one from your link to my cart, and it added $4.71 more to the $20.37 advertised price for a total of $25.08.
