interest gauge: (possibly diving) green lasers!

Hi guys,

as some of you know I have made a man size torch laser which is waterproof and can be made dive proof (if I re enforce the seals)

All 'new wish' style lasers can be put inside easily so there is a range of power possibly available...


heres the origional prototype:


what do people think? would anyone be interested in buying one if I start making them?

I could probably do the 5mW versions for ~$40-45 (depending on laser selection) + shipping and others would be the increase in price for the laser +$40 (if that makes sense)

If theres no interest then I wont obviously do this but I'm taking on to the desert with me

now when closed the laser looks great but my aesthetic quality on the inside wont be nearly as good as someone like IgorT but it will have the same life expectancy if not longer than the laser inside it....


edit: not that I will get lots but if there is interest there will only be 2 available to start...

Huh...

I love snorkeling and I'm even a qualified SCUBA diver. But ever since I moved inland for Uni, I haven't been able to do any of that

But otherwise I'd take one of these.

Ok I have decided to sell one and keep the second

if anyone really wants one though they can PM me and ill still make it for them if they want but there will be a delay before I can make it as I will be out of parts...

btw this is a 5mW made for the other user with nothing in the water and no overexposure as you can see there is a visible beam and it is actually outputting nearer 30mW...
