i have had my dx 200mw red laser for about 5 days now and i haven't even tried it at night, lol i guess i just never tried because i heard that the beam was'nt that visible, tonight i will post results! so go ahead and laugh because i deserve it!

If I use it at night I can clearly see the beam, but there is few light and some humidity where I live.

When you shine it up in to the night sky it is a lot brighter than it is at night in the house with the lights off

Go and try it. I even got a 6mW red beam to appear (just) in the night sky

The beam of the DX200 red is visible during nighttime. But it's not spectacular, the beam of my 10mW eBayser is more bright.

yup, my dx 200mw red shows up much better outside than inside and the beam is visible but only from the correct viewing areas. (i ordered it before the fda warning) my dx 30mw green is WAY brighter! (obviosly)
