I Yotang a reliable/OK?

Was looking around for inexpensive high powered green and found this one lsited at excellent:

Am reluctant to buy as this Chinese site is unknown to me and I am wondering the usual questions.
Does anyone here have recent experience with Yotang, yah or nay?

i pretty sure that laser is not 450mw maybe 100mw or around the range. Also im not 100% sure but i think many users have had a bad experience with Yo tang just telling ya
