It's a 200mw red laser .but i'm scared it will get seized.

it says this on the page.

Important FDA Warning for all >5mW Lasers: FDA advices all customers that these lasers may be purchased only if you are NOT a citizen of the United States and you are NOT currently living in the United States.

Has this happened to anyone here that got it shipped to the usa?

I hope they put coffee crystals in the package to confuse the LD

Is there a safer site that ships from the USA? I'm looking for one that's like under $200,but at least 200mw.

They will send it to you even if you're in the US, and if I recall correctly people have got theirs after the FDA warning

The FDA warning is most likely a load of bs. Just order it and it should arrive without a problem as long as you don't use EMS.

who knows, maybe they just added it to please the FDA, no matter if it says it or not, the customs will always exist.

I ordered it w/ the warning and I received mine in 5 days on standard shipping. I wouldn't worry one bit. Go for it, you'll love the DX200mw..

almost everyone on this forum has the DX 200mW red laser and also lots of other lasers from there as well. dont even worry about it

Why not buy a DIY laser? Post in the Buy, Sell, Trade forum asking for a >250mW for <$200
