Ok i need some help with getting back at a guy who i sold my Complete Talkbox package to for 450$.
so i send it very fast he gets it, and he says hes very happy with it, but today i go to my paypal and it says "Fyi u owe us money" i check and the Motherf*cker did a Charge back for the full amount. i haven't lost the 450$ yet, but most likely i will because paypal has no seller Protection at all. so the guy has all my equipment, and soon to have all his money back. Geez i am pissed off !
I have his phone number house address, Email and Hot mail user name. Please tell me what i can do to get back at this dude.
Thanks

How come you owe him money? :-? What about sending an email to paypal? If you really have nothing to hide, are legitimate, and he's just being a pain there's no reason they would just accept a chargeback like that, otherwise I'm gonna start ordering free stuff right now. :P

How about trying that before thinking about revenge? ::) And as for revenge, you can be creative with his address and stuff, but most stuff you could do is probably illegal. ::)

make a dispute with paypal. thats all. do you have the tracking number and delivery confirmation?

just email paypal like switch said, I've had people try to pull this crap too

Karma doing its work.

Its a credit card chargeback, all I can say is HA-HA, and you're boned.

Good luck trying to find $450 to give to paypal, maybe you could scam a decent person out of a laser and try to sell it. wait, nvm... :-X

If you know his address you can call the local police station of his city thats what i did with a guy who took 200$ from me. The FBI call me I gave them the address and his name and they got my money back.

If its a credit card chargeback your screwed. Theres NO way to prevent or reverse a credit card chargeback.

Couldn't you just withdraw the money from your PayPal account, then close it? Sure it might be a hassle, but it's better than being scammed out of $450, and a talkbox.

Or you could do what Toked said, and call the cops.

Then what's to stop people from just doing it all the time just to scam companies? Someone could buy a Polarion flashlight for $2,500 from 4sevens and then just do a chargeback for the full amount. The same for a wickedlasers spyder II. Just do a bunch of chargebacks to get free stuff. Surely if you have proof of delivery and all the tracking info you can do something.

If all else fails you should hunt him down and light some thermite on the guys car in the middle of the night ;D

Ok i have proof of shipping and all that etc...
i had 0$ in my paypal and they place a hold on my funds, so im now -$450
the guy was happy and looks like he just wants money. paypal sent this message to me "We were recently notified that a payment you received was reversed by the buyer’s bank. A bank reversal can be requested by the bank itself or the bank account holder" they said there reviewing it so idk guys. if i email paypal what do i ask them ?? and its not karma, there was no money involved with what happened last time so idk. here the trackin crap from DHL
