I have a doubt. The collimator is the same as the focus lens?

How many lens need for focus and create a little dot point, I understand that moving the lens Back and forth, I can change the distance of the final surface with the smaller point can be possible.

You can purchase Lenses pre installed in a lens nut from a few sellers here. They thread ino an Aixiz module. The Aixiz module is what your diode is pressed into. Check out some of the strickies and you will find some detailed instruction on what you need if you are attempting to build your first laser.

Yes, often a focusable laser is simply a laser where the collimating lens is not glued into place.
