Hi, I'm please to join this forum. I've been interested in lasers for years but didn't know a resource like this existed. I've been reading posts for several weeks now. I have a BS in analytical chemistry and MS in telecom engineering (also an MBA). I worked for several years at the leading spectrometer company, Nicolet and at the optics accessory company Spectra Tech. My laser hobby is focused on waveguides and visual displays. I have several gas lasers and am now just getting into solid state. I am working on building a "time tunnel" and liquid sky system for an art project. I welcome any suggestions/comments. I'd also like to meet other laser hobbyists in the Boulder Colorado area.
