How do you do that thing on the camera where you see the writing of the laser on a wall on the pic?

Yea set exposure time to 5sec + depends on how much u want to draw on the wall hehe.

Best thing is to do it at night, or set exposure compensation to -2

Or, on a digital or film camera, use the 'bulb' setting (holds shutter open as long as you hold the button). Should be just right.
