How to make laser 303 focus

I was on a souvenir shop in greece seller showed me this laser first time i buy a laser he burnt like a paper thing and i bought it cause i thought it was cool how do i make the laser dot smaller there is this thing he unscrewd to do it but mine doesnt unscrew

**Edit i had removed 1 thing which made it do a lot of laser thingies instead of focusing
