So I am new to building lasers, and for my first project I would like to build a 100~mW violet laser.
I will use a PHR-803T sled diode, an Aixiz Module, and a set 100mA driver.
I am pretty sure I can build this laser, as styropyro has a great tutorial for how to make it. I think this will be a great laser for a 1st build.
My question is:
Once the driver is connected to the diode inside the module, how do I connect a power source(battery pack) to it?
And if I want to use a C6 host, or one similar to it, how do I make it so when I press the tail clicky switch that it will power it? And which type of batteries can I use with it? I have some cr123a 3.2v li-ion batteries, will those work?
And how can I get a battery pack that will have the cr123a batteries fit?
