How often do you change batts in your multimeter?

It just occurred to me I've *never* changed the batteries in my multimeter...

I've had it for at least 4 years... It was second hand and came with these batteries.

My Fluke at work gets a fresh battery when it's due for its yearly calibration. The one I use at home I've never had to change batteries for.
