How far are IR lasers dangerous

I am building an IR laser to illuminate for my night vision rifle scope attachment. How far will the IR laser be dangerous? If a hunter looks at it at 80 or 100 yards away will it harm them? 350mw 808nm focusable laser modules opened upt to illuminate to the maximum, about 15 feet at 80 yards.
