How do I receive multimedia messages on my phone?

I have a Samsung phone with Cingular as my service provider. Everytime my cousin sends me a multimedia message, it will not retrieve it. It says internal error. I have received them from other people, but his never come through. Any idea why or how I can fix it so I can view the pictures? Thank you in advance.

Have you asked the store you got it from or the Manufacture? If it is even possible? Your phone Maybe Not able to do it...
