(This is my first build) Tomorrow i get the last piece to my laser, the diode. Now i was messing with my housing and it has a switch at the bottom (this is my housing dealextreme(dot)com/details.dx/sku.1254 ) (im new so i can post links so just copy and paste) well i was thinking. Ill have to wires coming out of my driver and through the hole of the aixiz module. So where do i connect the wires if i connect it straight to the battery then i will never be able to turn it off also the wires would fall loose in side the housing. I have some springs but how would i connect the wires to the spring. I am So CONFUSED what do i do? plz help i really want to do this. You comments are very much a appreciated thnx in advance.

Yes, please read up. It seems you may want to spend a whole day or two reading before you get any more involved in that. Most people on here consider that simple work, and you will too after enough reading ;)

You would connect the wires to the diode, I'll assume you have a rcskter driver? The spring is going to hit battery. Do you mean tiny wires or the red and black large insulated ones that came with the driver?

Do you have a multimeter, a power supply, a test kit?

Also not to sound rude but if you aren't sure what you are doing, don't do anything! Learn first or you are only going to ruin parts. Don't mess with anything unless you know exactly what you are doing or can afford to lose the parts.
