When I put up a pic of my Si in the "what kind of car do you drive" thread I have to use the sliders to see the whole picture. How do I resize it so its seen as one square?

You upload the pic on photobucket and use the edit option to resize the pic.
Or use some freeware like at http://www.irfanview.com to resize it first.

I'm lazy and use mspaint.
right click on your image, hit Edit.
go into the Image menu, select Stretch/Skew
type in a number less than 100% into the horizontal and vertical stretch fields.
As for using a real photo editing program, the GiMP, http://gimp.org is a very full featured photoshop replacement that's completely free.
