So, I posted a thread in the other section but it didn't get much attention, this is probably a better place. Just to hone my skills, I'm working on
and the next step is to add an NOHD calculator. The problem is, I'm quite confused about

Let's go to the first problem I have... I(MPE) is the W/cm^2, but to know that I have to know a distance... but what distance? I'm trying to find a distance lol... It would help clear up the equation if anyone knows this...
