I have these penny size burn marks in my hardwood floor, they are the plank type and are light colored. the burn mark is about 1/6 in deep. How do I cover them up?

Last resort is to take a chisel and remove all traces of the burn leaving a nice crater. At least you could tell your parents you "dropped the vise" or something...
