Help with 200mw-300mw laser!!

Ok so I'm kind of new here, a few years back I did manage to make a mid power red laser, however All that knowledge is now completely gone. Now my interest is back on laser due to lack of a hobby. Now I'm in search of a good detailed guide on building a 200-300mw laser. I have a basic knowledge of electronic and such. How much would the cost be? Is there kits out there? Any already made? I know most of the info is on this forums, but I am bound by my phones Internet and it really Difficult to search such threads. Any info would be of a lot of help! Thanks in advanced!

Thanks! That helped me a lot! I can't click on any post on the forum. Phone's browser is really unstable. I need any suggestions on a good LD to use on the build and where to buy or salvage from. Planning to use a ghostdrive2. What current should it be? Remember it has to be ~200-300mw.
