I need help trying to figure out what these flashing lights on my bedroom dresser are and am hoping someone can help me! Please look at the handles of the dresser. I know some lasers can only be seen on the end object, but I still can't figure out what is

I put the video on Facebook and really am distressed and hoping for real answers from you experts out there: Angela B. Newman, Shreveport, LA.
