As far as I see they are the exact same thing, except HORRIBLY overpriced.

1.25 Amps, stable.

If you want more wattage you can simply change the resistance on Vref line:


Boom. 2 Amps.

Or whatever you need.

Thanks ! So this driver is perfectly safe for m140 diode, correct ? But what about those ebay ones, are they decent quality atleast ?

I don't know, I never had them so I can't say.

I did try out the ones I linked on 445 diodes are they work perfectly.
