Hi all
Sooo, I am doing a mechanical engineering project wich require a laser.
Few weeks ago, I ordered that so called ''HIGH POWER FOCUS BURNING Green Laser Pointer Laser Pen'' on ebay for about 20$us. Here's the specs and a link...
High Power Focus Burning Green Laser Pointer Laser PEN Free Charger Battery | eBay
Dimension:?22*160mm
Surface treatment:hard anodizing black
Wave length:532nm
Output power: 1mW (High Power)
Safety level:Class III B
Circuit control:APC
Flare formslaque-forming - circle
Beam style:continuous line
Spot size:6M place <?10mm
Working voltageC=3.0-3.7V
Preheat time: < 3seconds
Working temperature:15 degrees C to 35 degrees C
Storage temperature:minus 10 degrees C to 40 degrees C
Here's the thing, that crappy laser literaly falled into pieces after 2min of use (I'm not kidding hey, really after 2min of use, no more) I tryed to figured out what was wrong with it but... the crystal appears to be broken, the switch was stick, the battery was melting, the entire laser was messing with me. After I got electrocuted for the third time trying to repair the integrated mini circuit, I decided to trow in the grabage what was left of that great purchase I have made.
Sooo... I still need a laser pointer, green if possible, to complete my project... I was wondering if anyone of you could recommend me a fairly cheap laser but a though one. I'm not talking about THE heavy one, just one that is unlikely to break if I use it in a decent way.
*Sry if my post wasn't clear, my first language is french actually
Thanks
