help me a bit

I just found another 16x diode, my other 3 diodes are LED'ed out.The light from them look like this:

So i found a new diode it looks goodbut with my LM317 driver gives a little output (about 5-8mW). I cant test my driver's mA because all ways i tryed it didint work... here is a pic of this new diode:

it has a INSANE IR output! Look what is does!Isn't this a IR diode? Thats why i need help! (imagine this picture that the light is red and dimmer a bit ^)

So i need help. Isn't this a IR diode? But why it have's red light?

Oww.. thats infrared.. if it is infact a red diode which i believe its not, it is useless for a
build imo.. and IR is not good for eyes.. so leave it that way.. I feel sorry for your NO LASERS LEFT statement..
So heres a little help if you'd pm me ur shipping address i'll send a couple 16x diodes i've
lying arround gathering dust.. And that's on the house!!

Thats probably an IR diode, so be very carefull with it !
808nm diodes are a bit vissible and they look like this 808NM
