so i want to make a laser, i had bought an sdlaser 303 ages ago and was using it fine until the green light turned red and now its fucked, really really dull light cant see untill look into barrel of laser (i know its bad) and now im going to try building a laser

this is what i have and im wondering if i could make a laser from it and what else i would need to get it working!!!

a sdlasers 303 shell and dead diode.
2 dvd rw drives with class 3b laser diodes
2 18650 battery's (used for the sdlaser 303)
