Help ! how to fix this problem

anyone can tell me how to fix the 1W laser and what is the problem?

the red and blue laser is prefact, but anything mixing with green,the colors not smooth and look funny.it look little bit better if i true the green max. voltage green channel to 50%, but that will effect to many colors .

So you have two different projectors and one of them is acting weird with green, right?

Well, analog modulation curve for DPSS lasers was never too great to start with, so it's just a little under-performing green unit.

Where did you get the projectors? I'd return that one which is acting weird for a replacement, if possible.
