Hello I'm new but been buying laser for few years recently got 2w shadow laser from eBay yes cheap 130 bucks but worked extremely well used 26650 x2 batteries they died pretty fast now laser doesn't work at all need help fixing THANKS PICTS AVAILABLE

Not sure whether you have need of new batteries or have a real problem with the laser. Sounds like you just need new batteries.

Like Paul says, without more info., it sounds like dead or discharged batteries.
Have you tried recharging your batteries with a proper Li-Ion charger?

Return it if you can.
If not possible--what has been said already above-- try and recharge the batteries you have and if that doesn't work---get a new set of good quality batteries and try that first.
Do you expect anyone is going to know what "bx8 blue shadow " laser is much less how to fix or even to suggest a fix without any details about what is wrong with it, could be anything, and no photo of it, no specifications, and no link to anyone selling it of any kind?
The name is just meaningless reseller marketing name for a low cost mass produced Chinese laser sold by hundreds of resellers.

Hey guys really appreciate response and yes was batteries I actually got to return it today not for refund only repair. The batteries caused a short they were unbranded 26650 flat top (x2) the bad battery burnt up both laser and charger needless to say I will getting it back I've ordered a couple KEEP POWER brand also new xstar charger I have couple other lasers so charger will take 16340 to 26650 im saving money an looking on here for my next purchase definitely will not be doing ebay again live an learn THANKS AGAIN
