Hello,
Does anyone knows where can I get a diode replacement for this Laser torch?
Are the DX 200mw modules suitable for this torch?

Has anyone managed to disassemble this torch? I can't get the diode out.

Thx.

You need to supply alot more info about the laser you are trying to replace before anyone can help you.

Yes, you are right.
First of all I have mistaken the forum. This is a <200mW focusable green torch, the one who sells Rayfoss, focalprice, and all those laser dealers. I just want to know whether this torch features a 11,9 mm module or bigger one.

thx

Is it possible to dis- assemble the host and let us see the module itself? You could also place a ruler next to it so we can view the dementions of the module. most likely , it contains a basic retail green module of < 200mW . If it does , we can point you in the right direction! ......SHOW US THE GOODS!

Hello.

I have sent the laser back for refund so I can't get it disassembled.
I have just received a Red 200mw old Dilda and I am amazed with the divergence angle of the beam at long distance. Also it burns great.

I wonder whether this level of divergence at long distance focus could be achieved for any of the cheap green lasers?

thanks for your help.

As a general rule, 532nm's (green) have better divergence then 650nm's (red)
Maybe the one you had was defective to begin with.
Most 532nm's have great divergence. (even cheap ones)
