The reason why I signed up to this forum is to fulfill my laser targets.
The targets are to get three lasers, one of which has already been fulfilled.
Target 1.) Get a green laser pointer to point at sky's at night time. Luckily this year I have brought a 200mw focusable green laser for a very good £25 and works great.
Target 2.) Get a burning laser. As far as I'm aware the best colour for a burning laser is red (?). So a high power red laser will be amazing.
Target 3.) Get an all rounder portable laser. Something I will take to my family's holiday home in a rural part of Turkey where there are no lights for KM's around. I would love something that can burn and also be visible at night. I think the best colour for this is blue but due to the immense power of blue lasers I think I you sometimes don't need a red burning laser.
I am willing to spend around £300 ($467/€356) and should include all the necessary lenses (If any is needed) and obviously safety glasses.
Also where should I buy lasers and laser related stuff from? I've read Wicked Lasers are overpriced and offer very bad customer service. Dragon lasers are good but the reviews all seem sort of.... bias as if almost Dragon lasers have put the reviews up. I don't trust Dealextreme (Or Yourlasers) as I'm still waiting for my 200mw red laser to come after 15 months and also I wouldn't trust there eye protection products. I've recently come across the website known as Warn lasers and they offer some pretty amazing things (2W Blue Luna series comes to mind). Are they any good or should I avoid them.
Also while you are reading this I am also looking across the internet trying to answer my own questions but due to time constraints (College starting in 3 days) I can't answer all of them.
Thanks for even reading this and sorry for asking questions already.
