Hello LPF,
I've been interested in lasers and laser pointers for the past few years, but am just now finally able to get something more substantial than a <5mw red pointer.
First let me say that many of the stickies and other posts helped me find a good deal of the info I needed, especially regarding safety, which is my first priority. I thought I should make an account, as my first true laser pointer will be coming soon, and I'm sure I will have questions eventually. I've already purchased eyewear after some recommendations here as well. I hope to learn much more as I go!
