Heatsink / mount for a 16mm module

Hello there,

I'm new to the laser universe.
Actually I built a CNC machine that is currently driving a Dremel mill, and I want to make it evolve to move a laser, in order to engrave/burn the surface of wood parts.
I bought a 1.5W 445nm module (it includes a driver). The module diameter is 16mm.

1W 1 5W 445nm A140 Blue Laser Diode Module 5 6mm T018 16x50mm Driver | eBay

It works fine, but it gets hot very fast and cannot be powered for a long time.
So I'm looking for a heatsink host that would accept a 16mm module, and it seems VERY difficult to find! all the heatsinks are for 12mm modules... I should have searched before buying this 16mm module...
A design like this looks good, maybe combined with a Peltier cell.

Does anyone know some heatsink supplier who sells 16mm hosts?

Many thanks for your help,

Nico

The forum machinists could make one up from your specs if you contact them. Knowing where you're from would make it easier who to contact ;)

hint: make a introduction thread and fill up your profile completely.

Hello djQUAN, many thanks for your answer and tips.

I wrote an introduction post and filled in my profile :)
Now I'm going to have a look at the machinists section and see what we can do together!

Thanks,

Nico
