nvm, aparently they have a new system for customer support. its MUCH harder to use than the other one, as pictures ARE REQUIRED, you cant just simply send them a ticket about wanting to return something anymore lol


EDIT: wow... this is bulls**t. aparently you have to type in the confirmation code within 90 seconds, AND upload pictures, if your upload speed ist fast enough to upload the pictures within 90 seconds then it tells you to try again. what the F**K!!! >:(


EDIT: YES! the quest has been completed! talk about a time attack! they should have a high score! i would beat all of you! i had to compress and lower the size of my pictures, and make sure i had everything ready to copy and paste when the page loaded.
 





That sounds like a lot of BS.Maybe they're trying to make you send them low quality pictures so they can say "We're sorry, we don't see anything wrong with that so F**K YOU unpleased customer!" >:(

hahaha.
actually i can say they are probably the best customer support ive ever talked to.
they've given me store credit, offered $20 if i couldnt return the laser.
they're always willing to give me a refund or exchange.
