Green laser pointer 140 mW

I'm glad to be another element of this forum. So I have a doubt about a green laser pointer. I find a place where a guy wants to sell me a new green laser pointer of 140 mW . Does exist green laser pointers with only green colour with 140 mW? I don't find anywhere in the net.
