Green Laser 240 Mw

I see on e-bay some pointers with output of 240 mW (see item 160111855137) ...

I am new in this field... what the difference between 5-50-100 or 240 Mw ???

Which one is the best of the above for astronomical use (star pointing )??

probably a scam. i've seen reports that it doesn't live up to the claim of 240 mW (often MUCH less).
Talk to abe at atlasnova.com about an astronomy grade pointer if that is what you're looking for. he sells quality stuff.

I read the atlas nova and they say you should turn it on for 1 minute and off for 1 minute also. Anyone know of a green laser pointer that you can leave on for 8 to 10 minutes with no problems ?

Check out the "Fusion" in my review in the companies and review section ! Also, I have heard that ledlight has no duty cycle, and I KNOW that Laserglow has ZERO duty cycle...that is SERIOUS power for a laser right there......Check out laserglow.com
