I ordered some batteries quite some time ago, and accidentally gav olike the wrong shipping address. I emailed Susie to try and correct this, and I thought we did, but the package never came. So I then emailed her, and toldher the package never came. Her response? "Please kindly wait, we will ship another." I think this is fantastic service, because it was all free, even shipping. and felt i should post it here, to give olike a nice pat on the back. Thanks! :)

I've had nothing but luck with o-like; decent products at a good price - and more importantly to me: good, consistent service.

My new 200mW red laser arrived in the mail a week ago. I can't see the beam in the air even at night, although the dot is always visible. I've tried focusing, but I can't get it to burn either... It seems like it is underpowered. Should I email Susie about getting a refund or replacement? What's her email address? Thanks guys.

Make sure your batteries are not faulty. If changing batteries doesn't help then contact Susie. Her email is: O-like@live.cn
