Got Some Questions

Well... I've had quite a few 5mw green lasers... they're lots of fun... but I think it's time I stepped it up. I've been debating a few lasers... want to know what people think. I really just want to be able to light matches, pop balloons, the usual tricks. I've been looking at the X85 and the X105, I'm wondering how noticable is the difference between them? Do you really need the collimating lense to light matches with the X85? What kind of distance would i be able to light a match from with the 105? What's the advantage of getting the alpha instead of the X series? Is the quality of nova lasers worth spending over the cheapo DX lasers? I don't mind spending the money if they're good qaulity and going to last... but if not I could just get a cheapo DX200. Anyway... total noob here just looking for some opinions.

The X105 And X85 will do the same tricks, but the X105 will do it faster and farther. My X105 can light matches from 2.5 feet on rechargables (hint:if you get one of these get rechargables!). I would say It is worth paying more for NOVA becuase you are taking a gamble with DX, sometimes you get a great laser from DX and sometimes they flat out suck.
