Good vaporizer?

I have been interested in vaping for a while now, just never actually bought one. The closest thing I have had to one was a v2 e-cig.

So I did a little bit of research and I hear nemesis is a good mod. Now before I go any further, when I hear people referring to mods, cartomizers, and atomizer. I have no idea what they are talking about. So yes, basically I am a complete noob to them and don't know much about them.

I know people here use them, so I figured I would ask here and hopefully learn more about them.
