there may be some OK cheap laser glasses but some can be fake 
i know there is a few members who sell them for an affordable price, but none in my head right now... but remember Your safety is more important than saving some money! and its alwways good to be on the safe side 40$ should get you a pretty good pair this is good Eagle Pair® 190-470nm & 660-760nm Laser Safety Goggles site does not matter if you look up eagle pair for your nm 650 on ebay thats fine too. and i dont know what affordable is for you so hopefully $40 is fine.
