Here is my second attempt (out of five so far) to photograph my very large glass sphere (6") with lasers. For many of them I was trying to get come nice patterns that were distorted when the glass sphere was placed in front of the beams. I eventually added some diffraction gratings, and lastly use either 2 or 3 405nms to get the nice green beams inside the sphere. Enjoy.
