Should I just suck it up, or try cleaning the diodes lens?

see the circles at the top of the output?

The spatter you're seeing in picture #1 is from the lens. Try cleaning it with a microfiber cloth and some isopropyl alcohol.

If you're lazy like me... a cotton swab also usually does the job.

Output in picture#2 looks fine... there are always some artifacts in the raw output of 445's in my experience.

Thanks, switched the lenses on my 2 445's and and the issue followed the lens.
