generally speaking, what handheld lasers have the best beam quality?

I'm just curious as to what wavelengths lend themselves to making superior handheld laser beams?
Divergence, TEM00, round, not alot of splash...

I may be looking to buy or build something that makes a great pointer even over long distances.
I know larger diodes and gas lasers give better beams overall... but I'm strictly concerned with handheld or small lasers (diode/DPSS).

My Skylasers portable has perfect TEM00, 0.83 mRad with 4mm @aperature, a tiny bit of splatter but that's cuz it's dirty right now from lighting fireworks.. Lol
