Gadget town 200mW laser any good?

Do you have any suggestions? It can be any color but I prefer green or blue/purple

that laser will only be 80mw if your lucky. Super Power #90-105 Green Laser Pointer Visible W/Box - eBay (item 120679490168 end time Apr-02-11 13:14:55 PDT) This is only $20 and at least a 100mw of green with very little ir and some have even gone up to 171mw. most seem to be in the 130-140mw range. Be sure to get some good goggles with this.

I bought a 200mw 532 pen from Gadget Town, and the output was intermittent. Every time I hit the button I got a different brightness of beam. Sent it back for replacement. Two weeks later got one in return ..... the same one I sent in. I can tell because the rubber ring around the spring has a slight tear and the beam is crooked.

I contacted them and said I was not happy with getting the same one back, and could I try another model ? They said yes. The one I have is plenty bright when it works. So I thought I would try the E02827 you mentioned. Knowing more now than I did a few months ago, I probably would go for an O-like. But for $10 more than I already paid for the pen, I am going from AAA to 18650 batteries and adding adjustable focus.

It will take a couple weeks for the turn around and I will post my impressions of the new one when I receive it.
