They are the same.  Skylasers is just their online website to sell their products.  Look at the address for each company:

Same Factory location...if the company sells their products on line then they are the same.  Why would you buy the item from their factory and pay $40.00 to ship when you can get it from their website for the same price and shipped for $14.99 UPS?

Maybe when you purchased your laser that was the only option. I'm just saying it is now much cheaper.
