FS: nearly finished BR pocket pal kit type thing

Well, I don't feel like completing this thing lol as well as i've spent more money recently than i should have. So this is up for grabs. All this kit needs is a driver. Already has a PHR-803T diode in heatsink with wire leads soldered to it (negative soldered to case pin). I havent tested the diode yet since i have no driver so it has to be AS IS Took out all 9 LEDs and soldered leads to the flashlight board as well. Asking $40 just what i spent in parts  :)

Based on which Diode, what do you estimate power should be set at (I don't have a laser meter, so I'd need a preset driver)

How much is the flex drive cost? This is perfect for what i need, i dont have any funds in my paypal i need to go out and get a greendot card and add some cash.

If you dont get anyone to buy it right now let me know and ill buy it when i get money into my acc.

for this diode, i'd recommend 125-150mA

I have those Host's, they look great but doesnt leave much room. If anyone is interested i can sell them this Kit also but without the Heatsink for $30 plus shipping. So all you will need to complete it is the Driver and Heatsink.
It comes with the Hostm Bluray phr-803t diode removed and installed in an AixiZ module.
