I recently purchased this laser from a seller on the forums but after metering it I have decided to take a small loss and sell it. I needed a 200mW 532 because I want to have a collection of 532's in 100mW increments from 100-800mW and this one meters under spec so its not needed for my collection.
Pro's-The beam is beautiful and has an even smaller dot than my CNI PGL-III-C-532 and is also more stable. The power has a nice steady climb starting at about 162mW and within 10-15 seconds reaches its peak of about 194mW avg 186mW. I have metered it a couple times now and it actually did reach 202mW once but very briefly. The stability of this laser is probably the most impressive thing bout it and it that regards lives up to Laser Glows great reputation and hefty price tag. Laser Glow will no longer ship to the United States so it may be a good opportunity if a person ever wanted to own one of their lasers.
CONS- The host has some definite wear but nothing too terrible. I gave it a good cleaning and applied a little Armor All and at lot of the "wear" was just crud that cleaned up nicely but there are a couple deep scratches. So the host I would give a 6 out of 10.
Additional info-The safety key and plug have been bypassed by the original owner which to me is a good thing but maybe not to others. It still has the 5 second delay.
New these retail for $482 with shipping I am asking $175 shipped for within the states without batteries which it takes regular C size. So If you don't mind cosmetic defects you can have one hell of a good deal on a quality Laser Glow 532mW.
