FS: Complete ~80mW Blu-Ray Modules

I'm in need of cash at the moment so up for sale are two completed blu-ray modules. Diode is the PHR-803T, driver is a 101mA rkcstr driver. Basically all you have to do to power this thing up is apply 7.5v-12v to the leads (a 9v battery works great). These modules are scratched up a bit (no wood in vice : ) and here are pictures of one of the modules (the other looks the same):

If anybody wants more of these, I can make some more modules a little more powerful than the ones I sold (And not as scratched up) for $55 a piece. The only catch is that you will have to wait for more 803T sleds and drivers to get to me.
