My wife surprised me with a Laserglow Aries-50 handheld laser for my birthday last Wednesday. This one measures 60.4 mW average power (over 10 minutes). It is brand new. I put batteries in it to make sure it works, but I'm not really into diode lasers so I am selling it. It comes with a nice aluminum case, a set of keys, an interlock, and the instructions/spec sheet.
Laserglow has a 2-3 week wait for these (and they ship from Canada). Mine has no wait, and ships from Illinois. I can get ship it to you Monday and ship it as fast as you want to pay for, so that you can have it by Christmas, if you wanted that.
These are $289 + about $26 shipping from Laserglow. I'll sell this one for $250 shipped anywhere in the 48 states via FedEx ground. If that does not sound good, make an offer.
If nobody wants this in a few days, I will either return it (I'm still within the 7 day return period) or put it up on ebay.
