Why doesnt somone scan in a warning sticker and post it? wouldn't that make more sence than hunting for ages and ages to find one online?

Ask and you shall receive. This is the unaltered base I use for the warning labels on my modules.
Someone may have posted this elsewhere in the forums. I forgot where it was I received this one.
