i have the soc from the sfaw210 sled and have it running at 350ma and barely get hot for 1 minute run times. i have over half an hour on it so far. seems to be just as powerful as the 815 loc i also have.

5mW diodes don't get hot at 350mA either. It doesn't mean they can take the current.
