First 100mw green laser, Few questions?

So I'll start by saying i'm new to high powered laser pointers and after doing a little research and looking around I decided I want to invest in a nice 100mw green laser as my first. This is the one i am thinking Here
So anyway after reading the specs and what not I'm pretty pretty sure its what I'm looking for but I'm not sure if it has a duty cycle because it doesn't list one. Do 100mw green lasers always have one? Also what are your guys' thoughts on this laser, is o-like a trustable sight as far as power and durability goes? One last thing I was a little unsure on was the safety goggles. I'm probably not going to be working with mirrors or anything with this laser... I'll most likely just use it mainly outdoors. I can't comment on those glasses or specifically that laser, but typically 100mw green lasers in a host like that would have a continuous duty cycle.

I see. I would think so too especially considering it doesn't specifically list one. Thanks for your thoughts
